If there’s one thing you should know about Lauren, it’s her first passion (and degree) is entrepreneurship. Lauren's second degree was in finance followed by her law degree, each from the University of Arizona.
After several successful years of drafting and negotiating multi-million dollar commercial contracts for a global corporation, Lauren left corporate life behind. Lauren founded Guide My Business in 2018. Lauren has instilled an appreciation within the firm for the unique opportunities and sacrifices made by entrepreneurs, to ensure our support meets each business where they are at.
Lauren is a proud wife and mother of two, who loves to travel and spend spare time outside exploring South Carolina (where her and her family now call home).
Gabby joined the Guide My Business team as Partner in March 2023. From 2020 to then, she ran her own real estate and business practice, Moussa Law PLLC.
Gabby works with a variety of clients in the real estate industry, including buyers, sellers and developers. She also works with entrepreneurs and enjoys advising creative professionals on how to advance their businesses. Gabby helps our clients navigate the transaction process and ensures they feel protected and in control of their ventures.
Gabby is also spin instructor at Power + Flow in Scottsdale and a dog mom to the world's greatest golden retriever, Gracie.
Chelsea Udall joined our team in October 2022 as our intellectual property specialist. She is an Arizona native who has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Brigham Young University and a law degree from the University of Arizona. She previously worked for an international company as a corporate in-house attorney.
Her main goals are to ensure her clients are informed during the legal process, have a full understanding of the final delivered work product, and feel confident that our services will help their business thrive.
When she is not working hard for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids in her hometown of Gilbert. She enjoys reading, playing board games, and watching movies.
